Julie Sawatzky is a passionate, talented, self-taught photographer whose path has taken her from trained stylist and make-up artist to a full-time career shooting fine art events, boudoir sessions, lifestyle shoots and style shoots (with top named wedding industry pros). She has been shooting for the last 6 years and specializes in heart-stopping images that deliver a message and tell your story.

Julie is an amazing photographer. It's not just pictures that you are receiving it is the experience that you take with you when you are leaving as well that makes everything worth it. She is friendly and she helps you with you're insecurities. She is a beautiful person and a beautiful photographer. I really enjoy seeing her grow and progress into her work. She loves what she does. Julie took maternity photos for my husband and I for our 3rd baby. I was determined to have an outdoor shoot and Julie delivered, even though the weather was so cold and windy. I was so worried about the pictures not being what I imagined because of the weather.. But I was BLOWN AWAY by her work. Being a fellow photographer, my husband and I are very picky about photos and we have nothing but amazing things to say about what we received! Julie was professional, honest, and sweet. Julie is an amazing photographer. She makes everyone feel comfortable even if they are out of their element. I would not use anyone else to do my daughters photos. Her patience with small children is incredible. Not to mention all of her community work.
Julie did my 6 month old son's Valentine's Day photos and they were AMAZING!! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile.
